1 1/2 c. yellow cornmeal
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 T baking powder
1/2 t. salt
2 c. sour cream
2 T. milk
1 egg, beaten
2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. chopped onion
2 cloves chopped garlic
1 10 oz. can corn
1 4 oz. can chopped green chilies

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients together. Combine sour cream, milk and egg; add to dry ingredients, along with cheese, onion, garlic, corn and green chilies. Stir extra well.. Pour into a greased 10 inch skillet or a 8x8 square pan. Bake 350º for 30 minutes of until brown on top.
