1 package of 6 chicken breasts
1 package of thin sliced Swiss cheese
1/2 cup white wine
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk
1 box Stove Top stuffing
2 tbsp.butter
Italian dressing
1 jar of red pimentos (optional)
1 large onion
1 large green pepper
4 cloves of garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate chicken 3-4 hours in Italian dressing. Saute finely chopped onion, green pepper, and garlic. Then add soup, milk, wine and herb packet from the stuffing, in a mixing bowl. Blend together. Grease a Pyrex baking dish, and drain dressing from chicken. Lay chicken pieces in the greased baking dish, cover with slices of Swiss cheese. Pour the mixed ingredients over the chicken and cheese. Spread croutons from the stuffing package over that. Chip small dabs butter on top of crouton layer. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Then remove the foil and bake another 15 minutes until thick,
