10 egg roll wrappers
1 lb ground beef or turkey
water to moisten egg roll wrappers
tomato sauce
1/4 cup bell pepper
1/4 cup onion
salt and pepper to taste
cheese of your choice

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef in a skillet, add bell pepper, onion, salt and pepper.
Drain oil off meat. Stir in tomato sauce.
Place 1 egg roll wrapper on a work surface. Moisten all edges of the egg roll with water, put 2 tablespoons of the meat mixture in the egg roll. Add cheese. Roll the egg roll 1/2 way over the top, fold sides of egg roll in, continue rolling till egg roll is formed. Repeat process with all remaining wrappers. Fry egg rolls in 350º vegetable oil till crispy golden brown.
