1 pork roast
2 onions
1 bell pepper
1 can mushrooms
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 can sweet peaches
cooking oil
flour
rice

Directions:
Directions:
In large heat cooking oil.
Insert roast and brown dark on all sides
Remove roast and add in chopped onions, bellpeppers, minced garlic and mushrooms
add cup of water and sautee'. Once water has boiled out and only vegtables and oil left in pot push all ingrediants to the outside round of the pot so that only oil accumulates in center of pot. Then layer bottom of pot with a table spoon of flour. Make sure flour spreads evenly through oil and on bottom. Brown flour till dark brown and stir everything together.

Re-insert roast and add two cups water.
Drain can of peaches and empty into pot.
Cover roast with water and cover.

Place roast in over (pot and all) and bake on 400 for 2 hours. Check everyoften for water level.

Remove from oven and cook down on stove top to desired thickness of gravy. Add seasoning as you go for taste.

Serve over rice

The longer you cook this the better. Its not so sweet that you can even tell it has peaches in it, but it does have that slight flavor that just adds a little something to the roast......enjoy
