1 (8 oz.) crushed pineapple undrained
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. sour cream
1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant coconut pudding & pie filling
Fresh fruit

Directions:
Directions:
In food processor or blender combine all ingredients except fruit. Cover and blend for 30 seconds. Refrigerate for several hours. Serve with fresh fruit slices for dipping. Yield: 2 cups.

Also very good with Coconut Shrimp!!!!
