Cream:
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 cup oil

Add:
3 cups flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp soda
1 tsp salt

Mix well then add:
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup nuts or raisins
3 cups chopped apples

Directions:
Directions:
Mix again and put into 2 greased loaf pans. Sprinkle top with sugar and cinnamon. Bake for 1 hour at 325º. Bread may take a little longer depending on oven.
