Ingredients:  
1 head of cauliflower
1 stick of butter
2 - 3 cloves of garlic, finely minced
handful of parsley
2 1/2 cups of milk
1/4 cup of flour
1 medium onion
2 cups of grated cheese, such as Swiss

Directions:
Directions:
Steam the cauliflower. Sauté the onion and garlic in the butter until softened. Add the flour to make a paste, then add the milk slowly, stirring constantly. Put the steamed cauliflower in a casserole dish and pour the sauce over the cauliflower. Sprinkle with the parsley. Add the grated cheese on top and bake for 20 minutes at 350 º until cheese is slightly browned.

I add the salt and pepper when steaming the cauliflower. You can mix different types of cheese, such as Gruyère and Swiss.
