Onion Sandwiches Recipe

Spread:
1 quart Hellman's Mayo
Worcestershire sauce (couple of good shakes)
1 T. dry mustard
Black pepper
Couple of dashes of La. Red Pepper Sauce
1 T. cider vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all of the above together.
Use either wheat or sour dough bread


Vidalia onions, cut very thin
Salt and black and red pepper the onions.

Put spread on two sides of bread. Add onions. Remove crusts and cut in four pieces.

Put moist paper towels over the sandwiches to keep moist.

This will make 2 loaves of sandwiches.

Serve these at your annual Crawfish Boil. They are really very good and unique.
