1.75 mill. bottle of store brand vodka
3 lb. mulberries
1 lb local honey
spare bottles
1 cup water

in a large sauce pan, heat water till simmering. add honey and stir until dissolved. Add berries (washed) and simmer for one minute. remove from heat and cool. puree this mixture in a blender until very smooth. in a large pitcher, mix this with the vodka. using a funnel, refill bottles (glass only) . seal well and date clearly .

this is my take on my neighbors favorite after dinner drink,,, cherry bounce. he has two wild cherry trees in his yard, and makes tons of this stuff (using cherries and brandy) . you can really experiment a lot with this using different liquors and berries. best left alone for at least six months, but good after three.
