1 lb hamburger
1 tbsp shortening
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic salt
3/4 C chopped onion, chopped fine
1/4 tsp pepper

1 C tomato sauce
1 14 oz pkg wide noodles
1 C cottage cheese
1 C sour cream
1 C colby cheese, cubed
Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles, drain. Add cottage cheese, sour cream, & cubed cheese. In a buttered casserole put a layer of noodles, then meat mixture, then another of layer of noodles. Top with 1/2 C cheese cubes. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake @ 400º for 30 minutes.
