12 flour tortillas
4 chicken breasts
1 pt sour cream
4 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can diced chiles
1 or 2 tbsp hot sauce
2 bunches green onions, chopped
8 oz grated cheddar or longhorn cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook, bone and chop chicken. Combine with chopped green onions and grated cheese. In large saucepan combine sour cream, cream of chicken soup, green chiles and hot sauce. Heat to boiling, stirring to keep from sticking.
In shallow baking pan lay flour tortilla, add large spoon of chicken mixture. Roll up. Repeat until tortillas are used. Cover with leftover sauce. Bake at 350 º until top is bubbly and golden. Garnish with sliced olives and shredded lettuce and chopped tomatoes.

**These may be made ahead and refrigerated. Leftovers can be covered with foil and reheated. Also keep well in freezer.
