1 (9") unbaked pie shell
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 stick butter
2 tbsp. flour
2 beaten eggs
2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 can flaked coconut (may also use frozen)
3/4 cups chopped pecans (toast slightly)

Directions:

Mix sugar and butter together and add remaining ingredients (if use frozen coconut - thaw and mix well)
Pour into unbaked pie shell
Bake at 350 Degrees for 45 minutes
