Ingredients:  
4 C sliced carrots (2 cans, drained) (precook if raw)
3 tbsp margarine
1/2 tsp salt
1 med onion, diced
1 can cream of celery soup
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 C grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Put in a 2 qt greased casserole. Add on top: 1/3 C melted margarine tossed with 1 C pepperidge farm bread crumbs. May also use cracker crumbs, whatever you have on hand.
Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
