1 lb. marshmallows
1 8 oz choc chips
1 can evaporated milk

Crust:
2 C vanilla wafer crumbs
1 stick oleo, melted

1 gallon ice cream

Directions:
Directions:
Melt marshmallows, milk, and chips over low heat and cool.
Mix melted oleo with wafer crumbs. Put half of crumbs in bottom of baking dish. Layer ice cream over crumbs, then cooled chocolate mixture over ice cream. Then layer rest of ice cream. Top with remaining crumbs. You may also add toasted coconut and chopped nuts on top if desired. Cover and keep in freezer.
