1 egg or 2 egg yolks
3 tbsp sugar
1 1/2 tbsp flour
pinch of salt

3/4 C milk
1/4 C vinegar
1 tbsp butter
Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 4 ingredients with mixer till lemon color. Heat milk over low heat and stir into above mixture, stir constantly till it starts to thicken.
ADD:
1/4 C vinegar. Cook till smooth, remove from heat and add 1 tbsp butter.
