Cinnamon Rolls Recipe

2 pkg yeast
1/2 c warm water
1/3 c + 1/2 tsp sugar
4 to 5 C flour
1 tsp salt
1 C milk (scalded & cooled)
1/3 C oil
2 eggs

1/2 c oleo
1 C firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 C white sugar
2 Tbsp cinnamon

1 C powdered sugar
2 to 3 Tbsp warm milk
1 tsp vanilla

Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Using mixer, combine 3 C flour, 1/3 C sugar, & salt. Mix on low speed;Gradually add milk, oil, eggs & yeast. Beat till well blended. Bet in additional flour till dough pulls away from edge of bowl. Knead till smooth & elastic. Put in greased bowl; Cover & let rise until double. Punch down. Roll out & brush with filling. Roll up jelly-roll style. Slice into rolls. Place on greased sheet and bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350.

Glaze with icing when cooled.
