1 lb ground beef
2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 egg

1 pkg corn tortillas
skillet with 1/2 inch oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
mix meat, eggs and spices together until kind of sticky

flatten small amount on one side of tortilla, using tongs slide into hot oil and fold 2nd side over meat mixture. Fry until golden brown and meat is done. As long as you didn't make meat too thick, this will happen at the same time.
Gently pull apart and fill with fresh taco condiments.
