2lbs ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
2 (1oz) envelopes Ranch dressing mix
1 envelope Taco seasoning mix
2 c. water
1 can black beans, undrained
1 can mixed beans (pinto & nothern), undrained
1 can kidney beans, undrained
1 can diced tomtatoes, undrained
2 cans shoepeg white corn, drained
1 can Rotel tomatoes w/ green chilis
Shredded cheese
Sour cream
Green onion
Fritos

Directions:
Brown beef w/ onions, drain. Add remaining ingredients and blend well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 2 hours, stirring occasionally. Serve with shredded cheese, sour cream, chopped green onion & fritos.
