Sweet Potato Souffle Recipe

3 cups of cooked sweet potatoes, mashed
1/2 cup of evaporated milk
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup sugar
1/4 stick of butter, melted

1 stick of butter
1 cup of brown sugar
1 cup of pecans
1/2 cup of flour

Combine and mix the mashed sweet potato, evaporated milk, salt, eggs, vanilla, sugar and melted butter. Spread the filling into a large glass baking dish.

Then combine the butter, brown sugar, pecans and flour. Sprinkle on top of the sweet potato filling. Bake at 350 for 30 - 40 minutes.
