Crust:
1 cup of all-purpose flour
1/4 cup of light brown sugar
1 cup of finely chopped pecans
1/2 cup of melted butter

Filling:
2 (8 oz) packages of cream cheese
1 1/3 cup of sugar, divided
2 tsp vanilla divided
3 eggs
2 cups (16 oz) sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
For the crust:
Mix the flour, brown sugar, chopped pecans, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 13x9 glass baking pan. Bake at 350º for 10 - 15 minutes (until lightly browned).

For the filling:
Mix 1 cup of sugar, 1 tsp of vanilla, and 3 eggs. Beat until smooth. Pour on top of the crust and bake 20 minutes until firm. Then mix the sour cream, 1/3 cup of sugar, 1 tsp vanilla. Pour on top of the cheesecake mixture and bake for an additional 3 - 5 minutes. Cool completely, then place in the refrigerator for several hours until cold. Then cut into squares.
