1 - 20 oz can crushed pineapple
1/2 c sugar
3 tbsp plain flour
1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed
1 c grated cheese
1/2 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pineapple, keeping juice. Put pineapple in bottom of 8 x 8 baking dish, then layer each of the remaining ingredients as follows:
Mix sugar and flour together and spread on top of pineapple.
Sprinkle crushed crackers over sugar mixture.
Sprinkle cheese on top of crackers.
Mix melted butter and pineapple juice together and pour over casserole.
Cook at 325º for 30 minutes.
