add to bread machine in this order:
1 1/2 c warm water
1/2 tsp salt
5 tsp dry yeast
1 jiffy cake mix
2 3/4 c all purpose flour, plus extra
(Debbie uses 3 cups)

Directions:
Turn on dough cycle. After is has mixed for a couple of minutes, add enough additional flour, one tbs at a time until dough ball dorms and does not stick to sides. Close lid and let run til finished.
Grease roasting pan well. Keep some vegetable oil handy in small bowl. Oil fingers well, pinch off egg sized portions of the dough. Shape into ball and flatten (usually 20 to a batch) 4 across and 5 down. Spray a large sheet of plastic wrap with non-stick spray. cover dough and let rise til double. The inside of oven with light on is ideal.
When ready to bake, remove from oven, preheat to 350. Bake 20 mins or until golden brown. Brush with melted butter while hot.

Can make ahead and bake 10 mins, then cool, wrap in foil and refrigerate, then bake 10 mins, Brown and Serve. Can also freeze them this way too.
