4 thick cut pork chops with bone in
1 box stove top stuffing (cooked in microwave)

cut pocket into middle of pork chops all the way to the bone. liberally salt and pepper. stuff each pork chop with as much stuffing as you can get in.

lay on wire rack on top of cooking sheet, bake at 375 for 30-40 mins until juices run clear next to bone.
