1-1 1/2 lbs pork cut into pieces
seasoned flour
1 box chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
cut port into bite sized pieces (sometimes I can find pork stew meat to save time)
put in ziplock bag, add flour and shake
heat large skillet and add enough oil to coat bottom of pan, add pork and brown. Add chicken broth, stir and cover. Simmer until meat is tender and gravy is thick. May need add a little water after it cooks a while. Serve over rice or with mashed potatoes.
