15 - 20 crushed crackers
2 eggs, beaten
A1 & Worcestershire sauce
1 lb. hamburger
1/3 cup ketchup
1/3 cup each of bell pepper and onion, finely chopped
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Line pan with tin foil, spray with nonstick cooking spray. Mix bell pepper and onion, crushed crackers, beaten eggs, A1, Worcestershire sauce, and ketchup. Add salt and pepper. Mix with hamburger. Form into loaf in pan and cover with tin foil (sprayed with nonstick cooking spray).
Cook for 30 minutes at 375°F
Uncover and cook until brown.
