1 pkg yellow cake mix
3/4 c vegetable oil
4 eggs
8 oz sour cream
1 c brown sugar
1 tbs ground cinnamon

2 c confectioners sugar
4 tbs milk
1 tbs vanilla

preheat over 325
Combine cake, oil, eggs and sour cream. Stir by hand 50 strokes until large lumps are gone
Pour half into ungreased 9x13 glass baking dish
combine brown sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over batter. Spoon other half of batter into pan covering brown sugar mix. Twirl cake with a butter knife until it looks like a honey bun
Bake for 40 mins or until done.
Mix confectioners sugar, milk and vanilla until smooth, ice cake while hot.

I made this cake the 1st time Jeff's parents came to visit hoping to impress them. Mom had made it one Thanksgiving and I thought it was impressive.
