1 lb ground beef
2 (14.5 oz) cans Italian diced tomatoes
1 (6 oz) can tomato paste
1 large onion
1 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp basil
1 tsp garlic
8 oz lasagna noodles
1 lb Italian blend cheese
1/2 lb cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef; add chopped onion. Cook until onions are tender. Add tomatoes and paste; add all spices. Cook for 1 hour. Cook noodles according to directions on box. Grease bottom of a 9 x 13" pan. Put a thin layer of sauce on the bottom of the pan, layer of noodles, layer of cheese, etc; continue until all ingredients are used. Bake at 350º for 35 - 40 minutes. It is best to mix both cheeses together in a bowl ahead of time. If made a day ahead and refrigerated, increase the baking time to 60 minutes.
