3 cups cooked mashed sweet potatoes
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup margarine melted
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp Allspice
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/3 cup flour
1 tsp Nutmeg
1 cup chopped pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Combine potatoes, sugar, eggs, salt, 1/4 cup marg, milk & spices. Spoon into an ungreased 1 to 1 1/2 qt baking dish. Combine brown sugar, flour, nuts and three tsp margarine, spread over sweet potato mixture. Bake at 350º for 35 minutes.
