2 eggs
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 cup of flour
4-5 mashed bananas
2 Tbsp. butter or coconut oil
Optional: milk or cream
Optional: Vanilla and/or chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Beat the eggs and add the sugar.
Fold in the flour, mix in the mashed bananas.
Optional: Add milk or cream to thin the dough.
Optional: Add vanilla and/or chocolate chips.
Melt 2 tbsp. butter or coconut oil in a medium hot pan.
Cook each side of the pancake until lightly brown.
