12 oz. Cheddar Cheese, grated finely
8 oz. Cream Cheese
1 Stick Margarine
4 oz. Pepper Jelly
1 Tbsp. Chopped Onions
1 Cup Chopped Pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Take ingredients out of fridge a couple hours before mixing. Mix all ingredients except nuts. Place in refrigerator for a few hours or overnight. Shape and roll in chopped pecans.

Note: If made with light margarine and light cream cheese may be too soft.
