28 oz. ketchup
12 oz chili sauce
1/3 cup prepared mustard
1 T. dry mustard
1 cup fresh lemon juice
Dash of tabasco
1 T soy sauce
12 oz can of beer
1 1/2 c brown sugar
2 T fresh ground black pepper
1 1/2 c red wine vinegar
1/2 c steak sauce
1/4 c worcestershire sauce
2 T salad oil
minced garlic (optional)

Combine all ingredients, except garlic. Mix well. Store in pint jars in refrigerator. May also be frozen. If garlic is used, add one hour or so before use.
