6 oz spiral pasta
1 medium apple, cored and sliced thin
1 tbsp lime or lemon juice
1/2 pound smoked turkey breast, bite size pieces
1 cup (halved) fresh strawberries
1/2 cup sliced celery
1/4 cup fat free plain yogurt
2 tbsp fat free mayo or salad dressing
2 tbsp skim milk
4 tsp Dijon-style mustard
1/4 tsp celery seed
1/2 to 1 tbsp fresh marjoram leaves (finely chopped)

Cook pasta and rinse in cold water; drain well. Toss apple with lemon juice. In large bowl combine pasta, apple, turkey, berries and celery. Mix the dressing of yogurt, mayo, milk, mustard, celery seed and marjoram. Drizzle over the pasta mix. Toss gently. May reserve part of the whole marjoram leave for decoration on top.
