2 lbs lean ground beef
2 pkgs taco seasoning
1 can kidney beans, drained
1 can chili beans, do not drain
4 cups cheddar cheese, grated
4-5 large tomatoes, diced
Large head lettuce
17 - 18 oz bag Doritos
8 - 12 oz Western Dressing

Directions:
Brown hamburger; drain fat, add taco seasoning and water; let simmer and set aside to cool completely.

In large church size bowl, add taco meat, drained kidney beans, undrained chili beans, cheddar cheese and diced tomatoes; stir together.

Chop up lettuce into small pieces; crunch up Doritos. Mix well, and then add Western dressing. Mix the lettuce, chips and dressing right before serving to prevent them from getting soggy when served.
