Ingredients:  
2 cups cut up cooked beef (or pork)
1 small onion, chopped
1 tbls vegetable oil
1 (10 oz) package frozen mixed vegetables
1 (14 oz) can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp oregano leaves
1/8 tsp garlic powder

hot cooked spaghetti noodles
grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and stir beef and onion in oil, in 10" skillet, until onion is tender. Add remaining ingredients, except last two. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 5 minutes, until vegetables are tender. Serve over hot noodles and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Makes 4 servings. This a great way to use up leftover beef or pork!
