1 c. evaporated milk
2 c. sugar
4 squares unsweetened chocolate
2 T. butter
1/2 tsp.salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Combine evaporated milk, sugar, unsweetened chocolate, butter & salt in a 4 cup glass bowl.
Microwave on medium for approximately 5 minutes.
Microwave on defrost for 5-6 minutes until thickened. Stir in vanilla. Cool. Pour into blender, blend till smooth. Pour in a jar and store in refrigerator.
Reheat in microwave when needed.
Keeps for weeks in refrigerator.
