2 Tbsp Fat
1 Onion, diced
1/2 Cup Celery
2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
2 Tbsp Vinegar
1/2 Cup Water
1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
1 Cup Catsup
1 tsp Mustard
1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
Frankfurters

Directions:
Directions:
Brown all ingredients, except frankfurters in sauce pan.
Cook until thickened and reduced. Arrange frankfurters in baking pan split them almost through. Pour sauce over frankfurters and bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
