Cake:
2 c. sugar
1-1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. raw grated carrots

Frosting:
6 oz Cream Cheese, softened
3 T. butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
1 or 2 T. milk
3 c. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar & oil. Stir in eggs. Mix in flour, baking soda, cinnamon & salt. Stir in carrots.
Pour into a greased 9 x 13 pan . Bake at 350º for 35-40 minutes.

Frosting:
Combine, cream cheese, butter, vanilla, milk & powdered sugar and beat with electric mixer until smooth. Spread on cake when cool.
