4 cups cornbread crumbs lightly packed
2 cups bread crumbs lightly packed (not pre packaged)
1/2 tsp powdered sage
1 tsp celery seed
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 c onion finely diced
1/2 c celery finely diced
1 tbs butter
1 101/2 oz can cream of chicken soup
1 101/2 oz can cream of celery soup
chicken broth (enough to make moist)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and cook onion and celery until tender.
Mix with cornbread crumbs and bread crumbs, add spices. Heat soups and pour over. Mix well. Pour chicken broth over mixture until loose but not soupy.
Spread in pan and bake at 350 for 30 mins. or until firm but not hard.

Mom and I have found that mixing this up the day before and refrigerating makes the flavors even better. Save some chicken broth as it may need more the day of cooking. Let come up to room temp before cooking.
