4 slices bacon
2 tbsp. bacon drippings
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 1 lb. cans of pork and beans
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon till crisp; drain, reserving 2 tbsp. drippings. Crumble bacon. Cook onion in drippings till tender; add onion and bacon to the pork and beans, brown sugar, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well. Bake uncovered in 1 1/2 qt. greased casserole dish at 325º for 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 hours.

I usually cook my bacon and onion together until onion is tender. Drain and then add to pork and beans.
