Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup confectioners sugar (plus a little extra for dusting)
1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter, cut into pieces
4 large eggs
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
2/3 cup fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon finely grated lemon zest
1 teaspoon baking powder
pinch salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Line a 9X13 inch sheet pan with heavy-duty aluminum foil.

In a bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups of the flour with 1/2 cup of the powdered sugar. Add butter until the mixture resembles fine crumbs. Press in an even layer into the bottom of the pan and bake until pale tan, about 20 minutes.

While the crust is baking, prepare the filling. In a large bowl, beat eggs and granulated sugar until pale yellow and frothy. Add 1/4 cup flour and the remaining ingredients and whisk to combine. Pour over the warm crust and bake until set, 20 to 25 minutes, in reduced oven temperature of 325º.

Cool completely on a wire rack. Dust with confectioners' sugar before cutting into squares.
