I whole chicken
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 jar salsa/hot sauce
onion
several cups of grated cheese
tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken and onion until done. Drain most of the broth. Take the chicken out and de-bone/cut into small pieces. Mix soups, salsa, and cheese with the remaining chicken broth. Cook over stove until thoroughly blended. Mix chicken in with the soup mixture. Begin filling flour tortillas with chicken mixture and roll each one and set in 8x11 casserole pan. Once finished rolling them, pour remaining mixture over the top and top with cheese.
Cover with foil and bake in 350º for approx 45 minutes.

Items may vary according to your taste. Some may like to add more salsa or japs. I have also made with Velvetta cheese which is REALLY good but REALLY fattening too! Some say it is really better the second day! Enjoy!
