Crust:
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 cup coconut
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Filling:
2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. peppermint extract
3 drops of red or green food color

Frosting:
1/3 cup chocolate chips
1 tsp. vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
In small saucepan combine butter, sugar, cocoa and vanilla. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until butter is melted and mixture is smooth. Stir in all remaining crust ingredients. Press firmly into a 9 x 13 pan. Refrigerate until firm. In small mixer bowl combine all filling ingredients until smooth. Spread evenly over crust. Refrigerate for 15 minutes. Combine chips and oil in small pan and heat until well combined and smooth. Drizzle evenly over bars. Refrigerate until firm. Cut into bars. Store in refrigerator.
