1 c butter
1 2/3 c. sugar
4-5 eggs
2/3 c. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1 graham cracker crust
Cool whip

Directions:
Cream butter. Gradually add sugar, creaming until light (10 minutes or so). Blend in eggs, cocoa and vanilla. Continue creaming until well mixed, light and fluffy. Pour into pie shell. Chill 4-6 hours. Top with cool whip and slivered chocolate.
