3 cups shredded cooked chicken
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese divided
1/2 cup sliced green onions
16 oz. sour cream
4 oz. can dice green chilies
3/4 tsp. cumin
12 oz. jar salsa
8, 8 inch flour tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400º. In bowl stir together chicken, 1 cup of cheese, green onions, sour cream, chilies and cumin. Pour 1 cup of salsa into a pie plate. Lay one tortilla in the salsa, coating one side. Place the tortilla, salsa side down, in a 2 quart greased souffle dish or straight sided round deep casserole. Spread 1/2 cup chicken mixture on top of the tortilla. Repeat with three tortillas and chicken mixture. Spread with 1/2 cup salsa. Continue layering tortillas and chicken mixture ending with a tortilla. Top with any remaining salsa and 1/2 cup of cheese. Cover and bake for 35-40 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Cut into wedges and serve with additional salsa.
