1 c.sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 garlic clove minced
2 T. butter
1-10 oz pkg. chopped spinach, thawed & drained
8 oz. cream cheese
1 medium tomato chopped
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp. salt
8-9 oz fresh/frozen cheese filled tortellini cooked and drained

Saute mushrooms, onion & garlic in butter. Add all remaining ingredients except tortellini; mix well. Cook until mixture just begins to boil, stirring occasionally. Stir in tortellini; cook until heated through.
