1 1/2 c. evaporated skim milk
1/2 d. and 1 T Bisquick reduced fat baking mix
3 eggs
1/2 c. frozen peas
6 oz diced ham (1 full cup)
1/2 c canned sliced mushrooms
1/4 c chopped onion
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. In a large bowl combine milk, Bisquick and eggs. Stir in peas, ham mushrooms, onion and pepper. Pour into deep 10 inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray. Sprinkle with cheese and sprinkle with parsley on top. Bake 35-45 minutes. Let set 10 minutes before cutting.
