Ingredients:
2-3 pounds of ground chuck cooked and drained
1 large can of crushed tomatoes
1 large diced bell pepper
1 large diced onion
Elbow macaroni, approx. 1/2-2/3 of 16oz box, cook until done
salt & black pepper
1 small package of shredded cheddar cheese, I use Kraft extra sharp

Directions:
Directions:
Add the can of crushed tomatoes, onions and bell peppers to your cooked ground chuck, add salt & pepper to taste. Let this simmer for about 10-15 minutes. (You may desire to add a little tomato sauce if it appears to be dry.) Once your macaroni noodles are cooked, drain thoroughly and pour into a casserole dish. Add your meat mixture to your noodles and stir/mix well. Cover your casserole with the shredded cheddar and bake at 375 until cheese is golden bubbly!
