2 lbs. Ground Beef (I use Chuck)
1 small box Velveeta Mexican Cheese
2 cans Rotel Tomatoes (Mild or Hot)
2 cans Pinto Beans – do not drain
2 cans Whole Kernel Corn - drained
2 packages of Taco Seasoning
1 package Ranch Dressing Mix
1 Onion, diced

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef with onions. While meat is browning cut up cheese and begin melting over a low heat (or melt in the microwave). As cheese melts add all other ingredients to drained meat and onions. Add cheese to mixture and simmer for 1 to 2 hours. Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
