2/3 cup butter
2/3 cup flour
2 cups quick rolled oats
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 cup Grandma's molasses
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
Filling:
2 cups milk chocolate morsels

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375º. LINE BAKING SHEETS WITH PARCHMENT PAPER. In medium sauce pan melt butter. Blend dry ingredients and stir into butter.Add blended molasses milk and vanilla.Mix well. Drop by level teaspoonfuls about 3" apart on parchment paper. Flatten with spatula. Bake at 375º until lacy and golden; 7-10 minutes. Cool slightly and peel from parchment paper. Melt chocolate in small double boiler over low heat. Spread thin layer of chocolate on the flat side of a wafer and press flat side of second wafer on top.
