2 c. water
1 T. butter
10 oz box couscous
3 large pears, diced
1/2 cup toasted sliced almonds
6 slices of cooked bacon, crumbed (or 1/2 cup precooked bacon)
1 1/2 c. fresh spinach, chopped.
1 red pepper, diced
2 - 4 green onions, sliced

Dressing:
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1/3 c. rice vinegar
3 T. soy sauce
3 T. dry sherry
2 T. sugar
2 TSR. sesame oil
1/4 TSR. ginger
1/4 TSR. garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together dressing ingredients and set aside.
Cook couscous according to box instructions. Let cool completely. Flush with fork. Mix all ingredients together and pour dressing over and mix until well covered.
